3. Payment and Fees

All fees for courses, coaching sessions, or other products and services are listed on our Sites or communicated to you prior to purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.

For physical products sold through our Shopify store, payment processing and order fulfillment are managed through the Shopify platform, which securely handles payments and protects customer data. By purchasing physical products via our Shopify store, you agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchases. We reserve the right to change our fees or payment policies at any time with notice.

 

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Credits

Coach Michelle Hong LLC is committed to your satisfaction. Please review our Return & Credit Policy below, which governs the return, refund, and exchange of physical products purchased through our Services and Shopify store:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for any "new, unaltered, and unused condition" product if notified within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must show no signs of wear or damage and must not be special or custom orders.

  • Late Notifications: Notifications after 30 calendar days may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only, at our sole discretion.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Store credits or refunds will be issued based on the condition of the returned items.

  • Fees: A 15% restocking fee plus any incurred shipping charges apply to returns not damaged or incorrect. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content and services, all digital products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

By purchasing through our Services or Shopify store, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Coach Michelle Hong LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content and Testimonials

By submitting any content or testimonials to us, you grant Coach Michelle Hong LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for promotional or other lawful purposes.

By using or purchasing our Services, including physical and digital training products, whether accessed directly or through third-party platforms like Shopify or Thinkific, you agree to the terms set forth in this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

 

A. Not Medical, Mental Health, or Legal Advice

All content, including workouts, consultations, podcast episodes, courses, and recommendations, is intended for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
 We do not provide medical, physical therapy, mental health, or legal services. Always consult with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or making lifestyle changes.

 

 

B. Physical Training and Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training activities—including but not limited to workouts, slideboard use, stretching programs, and coaching sessions—involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By engaging in these activities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree that Coach Michelle Academy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to assess your own physical and mental health and to engage with our Services only to the extent appropriate for your personal condition and ability.

 

 

C. No Guarantees

While we strive to help users improve their physical conditioning, mindset, and performance, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, body type, and existing physical health.

Training products sold via Shopify, including but not limited to the CMA Slideboard, are intended for personal use only and must be used in accordance with the provided safety instructions and recommendations. Improper use of any training equipment may result in injury. You are solely responsible for using these products in a safe, informed, and responsible manner.

Coach Michelle Academy LLC disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use or misuse of our products, including those purchased through Shopify.
