At Coach Michelle Academy, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛍️ Physical Product Returns

We accept returns of physical products (e.g., equipment, merchandise) under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, meaning:

    • No visible signs of wear, use, or damage

    • Original packaging (if applicable)

    • Not a special or custom order item

  • Original sales receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

At our sole discretion, returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (including online courses, downloadable resources, and on-demand videos)

  • Live or pre-recorded coaching sessions

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom orders

All sales of digital products and services are final and non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at hello@coachmichellehong.com. We will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate. Photo evidence may be required.

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds or store credits are contingent upon inspection of returned items once received by us.

  • A 15% restocking fee and any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for non-damaged, eligible returns.

  • Shipping fees and sales tax are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

This Return & Credit Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal laws. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
